For a refund, the bracelet must be in the box and show no sign of usage. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any VAT or customs added to the package when shipped back to Cyprus.

Of course, it happens that the size is not right the first time. In that case, we will be happy to resize it for you.
However, please note that international customers are responsible for the shipping to and from Cyprus and for any customs and import taxes that may apply to shipping back the bracelet.

Since everything from calcium in the water, soap, cosmetics and dirt can affect the elastic cord and beads and make the beads lose their shine and luster, we recommend you to take care of your bracelet in the following way:
1. After wearing - at least once a week - wipe your bracelet with a soft cotton cloth. Neither stones nor silver beads should be cleaned with cleaning materials.
2. Put your bracelet on last after perfume, cosmetics, hairspray and other chemical substances that can be corrosive.
3. Do not wear your bracelet whilst bathing and sleeping.
4. When not wearing - keep your bracelet away from natural sunlight and extreme heat.
